Aventon stands behind the quality of our e-bikes and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tools, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
